Perfection vs Normal

 Perfection


Most of the people feel they are not earning as good as others in the same field and I believe it's true also. If we will try to find the answer to disparity, it lies in the 'Perfection' word. There is no meaning given anywhere where you can find how much perfect you are and how much are the others, also no timeline / no particular method is given anywhere of being perfect in a particular task. 

One may think he/she can be perfect after one year of training and others may think it's not possible even after years of training. Perhaps someone can get the answer of perfection at the time actual deliverables to the clients or customers. 


Earnings and Perfection 

Average earning or near to average earnings in a particular occupation is not that difficult if you have knowledge of that profession but for extraordinary earning you need perfection. 


Perfection comes from in-depth technical as well as practical knowledge. One can skip a chapter to pass an exam but what will happen if a real-life situation is based on that chapter you skipped? Gives you few situations and think someone has skipped the chapter at the time of technical knowledge / left practical session


1. Pilot is flying the airplane but doesn't know how to land it on the water perfectly in an emergency, imagine the result. 


2. Doctor treating a tumor patient but don't have the perfection of treating tumor 


3. Lawyer fighting a case for his client but don't have in-depth knowledge on the subject matter


4. Airbag not opened of a costly car 


There can plenty of examples where someone needs perfection to avoid diasters and requires 10/10 for the smallest task. 


Completeness is crucial for perfection, skipping things during training or at the time of study may lead you sometimes to a bad situation. 


Important factors for perfection:-


1. Highly motivated with positive outcomes

2. No thoughts of failure

3. Leave no stone unturned

4. Never in hurry, take your time 

5. Hunger for best


I believe perfection and earning have a direct relation. The tiny tasks are also as important as the big ones.  So, if you are in any profession, be a champ of it then earning will follow you automatically. You can also comment on your views in the comment section.

    Yes, we should give our best in every thing- while learning as well as application of those lessons with the right attitude towards work. There are so many people, very knowledgeable in their respective fields, but only a few of them are interested in really doing something great and productive with that knowledge.

    Also, perfection is a myth, but striving hard for that perfection is what really counts and matters.

    Absolutely correct Sir, there is a direct correlation between perfection & earnings ...because if you are perfect in serving your client..than only you will get good business from them & vice versa..;)

Hunger - CA Student - Don't keep the goal in option

 Success comes from Hunger To the best of my experience 3 types of Hunger 1. Less Hunger - need success but no plan how it can be achieved, normal life, want to enjoy everything before the goal, just time pass 2. Average hunger - need success but very little effort, timelines not set, other options also lies in mind in case set goal is not achieved 3. More hunger - No other option generally they have (nothing to lose but everything to get), they don't have other options so they give everything for this goal, very less time they have to achieve, they don't think beyond this goal Either try to the fullest if you want to fulfill your dreams but don't leave it in options. These are solely my views and they can differ from person to person.
