  Perfection Most of the people feel they are not earning as good as others in the  same field and I believe it's true also. If we will try to find the answer to disparity, it lies in  the 'Perfection'  word. There is no meaning given anywhere where you can find how much perfect you are and how much are the others, also no timeline / no particular method is given anywhere of being perfect in a particular task.  One may think he/she can be perfect after one year of training and others may think it's not possible even after years of training.  Although difficult to clear CA exams in one shot but not impossible. To the best of my experience, required few major factors along with a lot of other factors.  Major Factors:-  1. Positive mindset - Vehicles need fuel and the mind needs positive thoughts. Always believe in yourself, always think you can do it, always think it's my time now.  Don't ever compare yourself with anybody. Don't put yourself in the hypothetical situations of 'if and but'. 2. Ignore pass % - Appearing in an exam does not mean that someone is ready for the exam but those students, when fails, get counted when the institute publishes passing %.  Your competition is with those who are ready for the exam and not with those who are appearing in exams just like spectators in a cricket stadium who can wish for 4 or 6 but can' hit.  If you are ready, the degree is waiting for you. 3. Patience  Never think about quit, few get their desire goals at the early stage, and a few a little bit late, very few very late. Early-stage - Those who get their goals very early maybe it looks like to us they have got it early but actually a lot of pain or efforts or mindset was already involved in that which was not noticed by us due to different reasons.  Litte late -   Those who get a  goal a little bit late may be the circumstances that were not favorable to them at the initial time. They were not polished and they took time to polish themselves and then get the desired goal. So, it seems late but it was not actually late, it was par with the best one. You devoted time when you get appropriate conditions.  Success comes from Hunger To the best of my experience 3 types of Hunger 1. Less Hunger - need success but no plan how it can be achieved, normal life, want to enjoy everything before the goal, just time pass 2. Average hunger - need success but very little effort, timelines not set, other options also lies in mind in case set goal is not achieved 3. More hunger - No other option generally they have (nothing to lose but everything to get), they don't have other options so they give everything for this goal, very less time they have to achieve, they don't think beyond this goal Either try to the fullest if you want to fulfill your dreams but don't leave it in options. These are solely my views and they can differ from person to person. 

 To the best of my experience,  Options in the share market look like snake and ladder game where you need a ladder and ladder to reach at 99 but one snake can make you down at the bottom and you will be at the first place from where you have started. I am neither recommending nor rejecting options method in the share market, just sharing what I felt.  Sometimes people think, its easy way of earning money but I believe a lot of knowledge, update of Market and future prediction is required, which never comes so easy without sweating a lot.  Paper trading, technical knowledge, reading habits, market knowledge, and a lot of patience is required here before initiating the game in real,  I will explain it through a simple story in my next blog.  Disclaimer: These are solely my views, please check with your financial consultant before investing in the share market.
